To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction. We typically grant refunds in the following situations:

  • The product file is corrupt or does not function as described.
  • The product is materially different from the product description and preview.
  • You have technical issues that our support team cannot resolve.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Given the nature of digital products (which can be downloaded and kept immediately), we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Change of mind: Buying a product and deciding you don't want it without a valid technical or quality reason.
  • Downloaded & Used: If our system logs show you have downloaded the majority of the pack and simply "changed your mind".
  • Failure to use: You didn't use the product or didn't have the necessary software (e.g., Canva, Notion) to use it, despite requirements being clearly stated.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@plugnprofit.com with the following information:

  • Your Order ID or Transaction Receipt.
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Our team will review your request and aim to respond within 24-48 business hours.

4. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
  • Upon refund, your license to use the products will be revoked, and you must delete all copies of the digital files.

5. Double Purchase / Technical Errors

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice or experienced a technical error during checkout resulting in a duplicate charge, please contact us immediately for a full refund of the duplicate transaction.
